The below topics are listed in order to provide you with a general understanding of the rental process. LLV requires drivers to be 25 years of age and older to rent a vehicle. In certain cases, we may be able to rent to drivers between the ages of 21 – 25. Please contact us directly at 1-877-595-4329 for information on drivers between these ages. We will do our best to accommodate you accordingly.
Each client is required to complete a reservation form in order to begin the rental process.
LLV requires each driver to have an individual auto insurance policy of their own. The policy must be active and contain full-coverage insurance. We are happy to assist you with the specifics on proper limits and coverage. A knowledgeable team member from our staff is available to contact your auto insurance agent directly in order to make the rental process simple. Please ensure that you have the insurance agent’s information available at the time of reservation.
A valid driver’s license and passport are both required for our international clients. A higher security deposit may be required if an insurance policy is not in effect. Please inquire within and we will guide you through this process.
A damage/security deposit is required in order to rent a vehicle. The amount of the deposit ranges between $5,000 – $12,000 depending on the particular vehicle and your individual insurance information. We accept all major credit cards, cash, or in some cases official bank checks. In the unfortunate event a vehicle is returned with damage present, we charge the cost of damage against the damage/security deposit. The damage/security deposit is indeed fully refundable if the car is returned in the same condition in which it was rented and no damage is present.
When you decide to reserve a vehicle for a specified time and date, LLV ensures that car is made unavailable to other clientele. This ensures you will have the exact car you initially reserved for your time slot. Because of this, if you choose to cancel or re-schedule your reservation the following applies:
Cancelling the Reservation: If you choose to cancel your reservation more than 1 week (7 days) in advance, LLV charges 50% of the total rental cost or $600 (whichever is greater). This charge can be used as a credit towards future rentals with LLV. If you choose to cancel your reservation less than 1 week (7 days) in advance, LLV charges 100% of the rental cost. This also takes effect if you fail to take delivery of your car at the agreed upon date and time. It is at our discretion whether or not to provide a credit in this case. We strive to provide excellent customer service and will consider each occurrence on a case by case basis. Reservations made for a Track Experience are non-refundable in all cases. This is simply due to the track requiring a non-refundable deposit in advance to hold the date.
